Following the merger between Pluxee France and Glady, the Sales Department wanted to create a “Commercial Performance” team to harmonize practices, strengthen management and lay the foundations for a scalable organization.

Unifying the teams required:

  • A redesign of commercial processes
  • An improvement in the quality of customer data
  • An upgrade in the use of Salesforce
  • The creation of transversal governance and shared management
