Pharma & Beauty Group needed to harmonize its practices between 5 factories, 3 Business Units and several business teams. The tools and operating methods were heterogeneous depending on the sites and functions, with limited transversal visibility on commercial activity and projects. The challenge was to make HubSpot a common base to centralize data, manage the business and support the group's growth.
